As a 4th year Psychology major and Pre-Medical student at Georgia Tech, I have integrated my interests through both research and extracurricular experiences. I have been a research assistant at CoNTRoL for the past three semesters where I have gained a thorough interest in biological and cognitive processes of the brain. This past summer, I served as a student intern at the Marcus Autism Center’s Severe Behavior clinic, where I assisted with collecting behavioral data as well as running condition sessions for children with autism spectrum disorders. While exposing myself to psychological fields as well as volunteering in the medical field such as at Grady Memorial Hospital, I have grown an interest in a plethora of health related fields such as Psychiatry and Neurology, in which I hope to specialize in the future.
