Fun Fact About Me:
When I was in highschool, I won “best smile” which ignited my interest in the field of dentistry.
Psychology appeals to me because I am highly interested in human behavior and understanding why we interact the way that we do! I think what’s particularly exciting is the fact that there is still a lot of information that is unknown, which makes me wonder about all the possible explanations for things. On weekends I like to hit the snooze button and catch up on all the REM sleep that I so desperately need! I also volunteer at Ben Massell Dental Clinic, a clinic that has been dedicated to providing outpatient medical services to those that are unable to afford care since 1929.
I have always been interested in human interactions and the role of the brain in making us interact the way that we do. As humans, we are all composed of the same bones, but one things that sets us aside is the way we think. How fascinating is that? I hope I can learn more about the role of the human brain in making us unique individuals in society.
